On February 25rd 2006 - Tromen Lake - 26" Brown

We were spotting some big trout cruising along the banks having a lot of fan casting dries to them and suddenly we saw this big shade attacking a big rainbow over 20". It was just something really unusual. We decided to switch rods and put a black rabbit zonker on. Marcelo did his first cast to that pocket and BANG! Fish-on! It was great! we saw everything and he landed these healthy and fat brown trout!
